Certificate based identity authentication in remote login linux system

Many applications of engineering simulation need to control remote logins to linux systems and control them.However,almost all such applications use a username-password method for the identity authentication which is net very secure since the password can be easily guessed.This paper presents a digital certificate method for identity authentication in the SSH protocol to improve login security.A remote linux login system was developed to provide single sign-on.The results show that the certificate system for remote linux logins improves application security and workability.
