An Evaluation of the Practice of Price-Fixing Audition

The practice of price-fixing audition is useful to bring about a scientific and feasible price-fixing by the government,to limit the monopoly industries in their expansion of cost,and raise of price,and to protect consumers.But there are some defects in the practice.To rid them,supervision should be advocated,market mechanisms perfected and favorable legal environment created.
