OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technology is the mainstream technology of the fourthgeneration wireless communication with a strong resistance to the multipath fading and high spectral efficiency, which could provide a reliable high-speed data transmission in wireless channel. LTE,WiMax and other emerging communication standards all adopt OFDM technology for downlink transmission. As OFDM technology requires accurate synchronization for the receiving system, synchronization technique is one of the key technologies to achieve the OFDM communication system. The synchronization technology is analyzed in-depth in this paper, FPGA is used to design and complete OFDM communications receiver system with SC synchronization algorithms, testing and certification these receiving system by its simulation.
