Study of automated blood coagulation analayzer CA-1500 on detectin diagnostic parameters PT?APTT?Fbg ?TT and their Clinical use

Objective To explore the parameters of PT,APTT,Fbg,TT detecting by Automated Blood Coagulation Analyzer CA-1500 made in Japan SYSMEX Company.Methods Selecting healthy people (without blood disease ) before operation for test at random everyday .Results Among 1000 Ningxia healthy people, PT was 11.72±1.64s,PR was 1.00±0.16,INR was 1.00±0.22,APTT was 28.60±8.6s,Fbg was 2.94±1.36g/L,TT was 16.44±5.24s.There was not significant difference between men and women(P0.05).Conlusion PT,APTT,Fbg,TT in Ningxia region can be used as clinical parameters in coagulation.
