Coal is a kind of very important energy,and it supports energy supply for most area in china.The development and demand of coal directly impact economy of china.It’s absolutely necessary of the forecast of coal demand.In recent year,artificial neural network is an important technology for coal demand forecast,it can improve accuracy of forecast of coal demand.This paper structures the DSS of fore-cast of coal demand on the basis of the theory of DSS and ANN,and researches the system objectives,function,structure,and module de-signs of the system.
