Designation and realization of customer service system based on data warehouse

This paper discusses the application of data warehouse in customer-service system in telecom industry,and introduces the basic frame of customer service system based on data warehouse.It presents six main applications.We develop customer service system by using Sybase data warehouse solution and provide an example about the action of user's contact.This paper provides a new idea for improving service quality and decision-making efficiency in the customer service center.
