A Improved-RED Accessing Controlling Mechanism of Web Cluster

Based on the mathematics model of network accessing control, a improved-RED accessing controlling algorithm of web cluster is introduced. It aggregates multi-aspect factors to adjust self-adaptively such as average length of request queue, temporary length of request queue, the relations of every request and the loading etc.
