The Study on the Feasibility of Improving the Cosφ of Transformers

The objective of this paper is to introduce a tentative design of the R-transformer, which can be made of some new typed material and under the latest technology. The transformer, by adopting the method of artificial compensation, will improve the cosφ.In this paper, the author discusses the feasibility of using a new installation, allowable coil, in R-transformers on the cardinal principle of transformers.
