MAODV protocol based on self-pruning flooding

In Ad Hoc networks,each host assumes the role of a router to forward packets.Hence,reducing the number of packets forwarding through routing protocol will improve the performance of networks.An enhanced protocol is proposed(MAODV/SP),which utilizes self-pruning flooding based on MAODV to effectively control redundant broadcast packets.Results of simulation show that it has better performance.
