The paper firstly introduces the basic knowledge of CC evaluation,the low efficient and complexity of CC evaluation are pointed out.For this question,the design of common criteria evaluation tool is introduced.Then function and module of common criteria evaluation tool are presented.At last,the implementation and application of the tool are given.
