With channel state information(CSI) distortion, the existing clustering model did not guide clustering so well that led to bad cluster structure and low cooperation performance.Aiming at the issues, this paper proposed a clustering model based on the average signal to interference ratio(SIR) gain.It measured the base stations cooperation degree by the average SIR gain in the model, and performed clustering aiming at maximizing the sum of average SIR ratio gain. Then the clustering objective of maximizing the system performance was approximately to maximizing the sum of average SIR ratio gain in base stations.Simulation results show that, with the CSI distortion, the benefit-tree clustering scheme under the proposed clustering model provides a 0.3 bps/Hz increasing of the average system performance compared with the scheme under the clustering model based on degree of wiliness to cooperate.
