Design and Analysis of a Mechanism Named Triggering with Intermission

A mechanism named triggering with intermission is designed in order to capture the random security occurrences in a manner which has real-time, stability, high efficiency and does not endanger the whole system in the field of management in network security. The mathematics definitions on the performances of the mechanism and the deducing, which is based on the mathematics definitions, of key parameter in the mechanism are both given.
