TMT Transactive Memory System,Team Reflexivity and Strategic Consistency

This paper gave research hypotheses,built a theoretical model for the effects of TMT transactive memory system and team reflexivity on strategic consistency based on the literature review,used the way of questionnaire survey to collect data toward TMT,carried out an empirical study with the samples of 389effective questionnaires.The results showed that:team expertise of TMT transactive memory system has a positive effect on team reflexivity;team reflexivity has positive effects on not only strategic cognitive consistency but also strategic objective consistency;team expertise of TMT transactive memory system has a positive effect on strategic consistency,team trust and team coordination respectively have positive effects on both strategic cognitive consistency and strategic objective consistency.
