Microsoft SQL Server 2000 includes data mining feat ures for the first time. The Microsoft data mining solution is based on OLE DB f or Data Mining Specification, which is an industrial standard initialized by Mic rosoft and supported by a dozen of data mining ISVs. The specification presents a new SQL-like language for data mining, which leverages database developers to build data mining application using SQL Server 2000.
