REAL TIME MEASUREMENT OF THE CHANGES IN THE DIAMETER OF MICROVESSELS

A microprocessor-based dual-window video dimension analyzer for real time measuring changes in the diameter of micro vessels is recommended. These two windows could be adjusted to any location on the screen according to the direction of micro vessels. The circuit of this system converts the video output into the analog signal (voltage) proportional to the diameters being measured. The result can be recorded either analogously on a paper recorder or digitally on a displayer.
