Application of Barcode Technology in the Logistics Integrated System of Manufacturing Enterprises

Barcode technology with the features of quick information collection, high veracity, large information etc., is a good tool for auto-identifying and auto-tracking logistic information. It is the basic work of modernization and digitalization for enterprise's logistic management. Barcode technology is introduced and a method to apply barcode technology to collect information for the logistics integrated system of manufacturing enterprises is discussed. The logistic data process of the barcode information system and its expansibility are described. Finally, some problems occurring in the course of the application of barcode technology are put forward, to which should be paid more attention.
