A Study on the Networking Approach to Scientific Intermediaries

As the key part of the national innovation system,scientific intermediaries are playing important roles in transferring the scientific and technological achievements among enterprises,universities and other research institutes.However,the whole system still has difficulties in sharing and integrating resources at present.This paper proposed a networking approach based on the scientific intermediary service bus to create the industry network by which the resource integration and unified control in the scientific intermediate service industry can be achieved.
