Curve fitting of boundary point cloud data based on image features

Image feature is property and characteristic of the original image.Some are natural characteristics of visual direct experience,such as the brightness of area,the outline of edge.The others are artificial features which need can be alternated and measured,such as transform spectrum,histogram.The characteristics of image in pattern recognition is of great significance.Therefore,this paper proposes the boundary extraction method of the point cloud based on image features,in order to obtain boundary point cloud data,and achieves curve fitting of the boundary point cloud data with Cubic B-spline algorithm.
