The Design of Remote Monitoring System for Diesel Engine Set based on the Configuation Software

This paper shows the application of the Force Control configuration software as a PC in diesel engine set monitoring system,provides the theoretical research on diesel engine ECU CAN bus data transmission and visualization of data transfer,meanwhile,presents the structure analysis and design of monitoring system.Combined with yuchai YC6K series engine,the Force Control configuration software,and data acquisition card,the monitoring system with an intuitive interface,complete function of diesel engine operation parameters is developed,and remote monitoring using IE browser through the Web platform is also realized.
