The IC Card Measure System and Its Application in The Well Irrigation

The IC card measurement control system is a new water intake monitoring system which is used in water resources management and agricultural water use.This article elaborates the working principles and the function characteristics of the system.Through the application in the well irrigation areas,the results idicated that this system not only has obvious water-saving effect but also resolves hard charging difficulty problem and the water waste problem.In addition,it offers scientific basis for the rational allocation of groundwater.This article analyzes the problems of this system existing in the actual popularization at last.
