With the rapid development of higher education,universites are faced with sharp contradictions and frequent emergency incidents.Emergency in Universites is characterized by unexpectedness,complexity of the causes,dangerous development,dangers to affect social stability,specificity of participants.Under the background of the internet public opinion has a significant impact on emergency in universites and internet public opinion is likely to result in emergency in universites,worsen it and delay its resolution.In order to make good preparation for internet public opinion about emergency in universites we must grasp its basic characteristics,strengthen monitoring of the internet public opinion,attach importance to its analysis and respond positively to netizens.
