Describes Java three layer architecture and Web Service technology, designs database and monitoring service information interface of nu-merical prediction entrance data and export products. On this basis, according to the different model systems for various types of data format, frequency and time demand, researches and develops the model of entrance data preprocessing procedure, storage operation model system of entrance data and description of export products information and its transfer log file, construct model entrance data and export products monitoring platform, to ensure operation users timely master model data transmission and output of model product data.
