Safety Assessment Method for Electric Power Supply Corporations Based on Cloud Barycenter Theory

Cloud theory,based on traditional fuzzy set theory and probability theory,accounts for the fuzziness and randomness and provides a powerful method for qualitative and quantitative integrated information processing.This paper introduces cloud barycenter evaluation method to safety assessment of electric power supply companies,and renders the reasonable conversion from qualitative concepts to quantitative descriptions.Case analysis shows the method is feasible and scientific.
