Influence of Amplitude and Phase Errors on Two Kinds of High-resolution Direction-finding Algorithms Performance

The high resolution direction-finding(DF) algorithms mainly includes MUSIC algorithm, min-norm algorithm,forward smoothing algorithm and modified MUSIC algorithm,etc.Whether the signal is independent or correlative,under the circumstances of no considering the amplitude and phase error,these algorithms all can exactly perform the estimation of direction of arrival (DOA).This paper mainly considers the DOA estimation performance of two kinds of high-resolution DF algorithms(min-norm algorithm and forward smoothing algorithm) when the amplitude and phase errors exist.Finally,the computer simulation result is presented,and the performance analysis of these algorithms is performed when the amplitude and phase errors exist.
