The Fractal Image Coding Based on 9-7-tap Integer Wavelet Zerotree

On the research of fractal image coding,this paper presents an improved fractal coding algorithm on the basis of 9-7-tap integer wavelet zerotree.In the improved algorithm,at first the image is decomposed by using integer wavelet,then on the fractal coding ,we change the conventional MSE because we use the error emendation matrix to revise wavelet coefficient.The result presented in the paper show that there are a higher compressing rate and PSNR of the image than the classic fractal and zerotree mixed coding method.
