Return-calculating LAMBDA Approach and Its Search Space

Based on the return-calculating sequential conditional least-squares technique and the upper-triangular Cholesky decomposition algorithm,a new approach to resolve GPS carrier phase integer ambiguity solution,which is referred as Return-Calculating LAMBDA approach,has proposed in this paper.This approach has a different objective function and a different search space from LAMBDA approach proposed by Teunissen.It is shown by an example that though these two approaches have different performance process,but they have the same integer ambiguity solution and the equivalent search efficiency.
