Concerning Editors in Editorial and Publishing Activities of how to Implement and Practice the "Copyright Law"

In the whole publishing work,the editing work is the central link,but some editing staffs are short of the consciousness about the Copyright Law and regulations,thereby causing some illegal infringement question in the practical work.The paper points out the sticking point of violation regulations in editing work,simply analyses the reason of some bad practices,discuss the significance of the edit abide the Copyright Law,and puts forward some measures about carry out and implement Copyright Law.
