A New Algorithm Basedon Game Theory and Generating Paths

Traffic assignment is a key part of transportation planning,and enumerating paths between the OD pairs is the important basis of traffic assignment.It's difficult to enumerate paths for a large and complex road network.Based on the new algorithm of generating paths and game theory,a new traffic assignment model was presented,and traffic flows were assigned on these paths.It avoids enumerating paths.The new algorithm based on the idea of heuristic prorating assignment and simulates the actual path-choose behavior.In the end a simple numerical example was given to show the models efficiency.
