Practical Function of Cognition System for East China Grid Dispatching Operation State and Its Application

Based on the existing system structure and application functions of the dispatching operation state cognition and control system of East China power grid,and combined with the further practical functional requirements of operators,a practical study of the existing system′s function is implemented and its application is discussed.The study is made from various aspects: information integration of multi-source systems,optimized statistics and display of auxiliary decisions,security analysis based on flow changes,adjustment and restructuring of the index architecture,limit violation tracing of indexes,detection and warn of the electric measurement suddenly-change,dynamic ACE warn integration and so on.
