Numerical simulation of nonlinear circuit basted on MATLAB

Chaos is a familiar phenomenon in nonlinear system. A new modified Chua’s circuit is suggested in this paper. Introduced a new nonlinear resistance,and working principle of the modified Chua’s circuit is discussed. Kirchoff’s laws give the circuit’s e-quation of the modified Chua’s circuit,and established mathematics model,analyzed the reason why chaos appears,adopted Runge-Kutta arithmetic,and numerically simulated the circuit model using MATLAB. In this paper,the volt-ampere characteristic of nonlin-ear risistance was presumed at first. We can observe chaos and double attractors through adjusting the adjustable circuit’s parameter.
