A Study of Copyright Problems in Digital Reference Service

The author emphasizes the issues of copyright based on three kinds of service modes theoretically from the formation and the development of digital reference service and puts forward infringement of copyright solution in terms of technology.Practically,infringement of copyright is discussed by using lively cases during the branches of information service which gives counsel and enlightenment to us.Finally,the author prospects the copyright legislation in digital reference service.
