Storage redundancy must been employed by dynamic P2P systems to improve reliability. Distributes the replication of files over many peers in network. Introduces redundancy policies in P2P distributed storage system, analyzes the efficiency of redundancy policies to file availability, and then introduces the application of redundancy policies in real P2P systems.
