The Evolution Rules on Firm Organization of China's SOEs Based on Resource

We mainly took Liao-He Oil etc.as examples to study the firm organization of Resource SOEs.We found that the firm organization of Chinese Resource SOEs experienced(quasi-military)administrative,quasi-administrative,and business group's period.At the same time,the enterprise's name,character,object and main operations of the corporate appeared some obvious rules. At the specific circumstance,some special firm organization such as quasi-military and business group is efficient,which fits market environment.The evolution process of Chinese Resource SOEs'firm organization is a miniature of Chinese economy transition,thus the special evolution rules enrich the firm organization theory.
