Study on bearing measurements association algorithm in 3D passive location systems

A new method is studied to associate the bearing measurements of different passive sensors.This method uses multidimension assignment algorithm for reference.The nearest-neighbor method is combined with the holistic correlation method to reduce the dimension of bearing measurements association,and a chi-square test is used to select the correct bearing measurements association.This method can eliminate the ghosts created by direction finding line of multiple passive sensors.Simulation results show that using the proposed method,the passive sensors can locate multiple targets simultaneously,and the computation burden is moderate.
