Group Decision Making Method Based on Different Types of Incomplete Judgment Matrices

Various types of incomplete uncertain judgment matrices are defined.A continuous interval argument OWG(C-OWG) operator is introduced and applied,together with C-OWA operator,to transforming the incomplete uncertain judgment matrices into the expected value complementary judgment matrices. Then,a method for group decision making with various types of incomplete judgment matrices is developed.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method is illustrated by a numerical example.
