Systemic Scientific Countermeasures on Inconsistent Reasons of Assets Assessment

In this paper,we analyzed the inconsistent reasons of assets assessment and found out that was because of no balance control on assets assessment.Also we proposed to build a leading model to obtain the most real re-sults of assets assessment.
