Expert Witness:The way in strange circumstance

With the science and technology development,expert evidence is widely used in some special case.But today's evidence system can not meet actual demands of judicial,so it should be perfect.On the one hand,we should revise the law that have been established in the further;on the other hand,through understanding and analysis the expert evidence system in Britain American,absorbing the useful composition of it,we should construct our expert evidence system under judge's leading.
