A new load balancing scheme based on intelligent algorithm

Modern server cluster resource utilization is low,and exists a single point of failure-prone and other issues,this paper discussed a Load Balancing scheme based on intelligent algorithm to make the resource efficiency higher.This scheme integrated the Simulated-annealing Algorithm into the Genetic-algorithm,searching all elements from overall to local to search the optimization in order to obtain a better load balancing scheme,the data revealed that this strategy enables Load Balancing to achieve a better allocation rate of resources and make the resource utilization more higher1.
