Retransmission Policy to Reduce Receive Buffer Blocking for Multipath TCP

In multipath TCP,the difference of subflows and the limited receive buffer lead to receiving buffer blocking. It decreases the global throughput of MPTCP. In this paper,a new retransmission policy called RTX-DLCS is given based on the delay,loss rate,CWND and SSTHRESH. A demonstrate using simulation is provided showing that it can reduce receive buffer blocking effectively and improve the MPTCP's global throughput.
