Key Separate-Management Encryption System Based on Elliptic Curve

Introducing the elliptic curve encryption algorithm,then using the interpolation polynomial,a key separate-management system was given based on elliptic curve.The algorithm in this paper improves the security of the keys,and enhances the security of the entire encryption system.We introduce the key separate-management into the cryptosystem,this approach has important actual significance.
