Traditional information management platform for information integration has used the process models, ignoring the various functional departments of the enterprise collaborative business processes processing,and limiting the system's data processing capabilities directly. Based on the definition of synergy million,collaborative relationships and the business logic of subject of tobacco in Guizhou Province,ECA rules processing mechanism and event detection mechanism was made use of to design standard information platform of tobacco between subsystems coordination model so as to achieve a standard business the co-processing collaborative unit.
