The Quality of College Librarians and Readers Service Strategy Research

This paper puts forward the meaning and requirements in new period to improve the comprehensive quality of university librarians,brings forward that to better serve the readers,librarian should establish reader-centered innovative service concept and open service consciousness,improve cultural quality,professional quality and reader service quality,then briefly introduces the library reader service work practice of Xi'an Electronic and Science University.
