A High Definition Video Surveillance Method and System

This paper describes a method and system to realize high-definition video surveillance for large field scene with standard-definition camera equipment. The system collects the standard-definition video signal of wide-angle field, analyzes the signal movement area, captures the standard-definition video signals of movement local field, splices all the local field view images, and outputs wide-angle field high-definition video.
