The Perfection of the System of Disclosure of Information in Stock Market

This paper discusses the connotation of the system of disclosure of information,and then gives analysis on the effective standard and the irregular actuality.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures in order to amplify and perfect the system of disclosure of information.
