Design and Implementation of Geological Hazard Spatial Information Management and Risk Assessment System along Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline Based on ArcGIS

This paper discusses the design and implementation of the geological disaster spatial information management and assessment system based on the characteristics of geological disasters along Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline.This system is built based on.NET platform,adopts C# + ArcGIS Server development mode,and focuses on WebGIS service and methods based on B/S.The system implements the functions of spatial information's quick inquiry,graphic display,statistical analysis and risk assessment of geological hazards along the pipeline.The system will contribute not only to the work of the management of geological hazards along the pipeline and provide decision-making support for the emergency pipeline maintenance and the warning command,but also to the dissemination and exchange of geological hazard information.
