Exploitation and utilization of petroleum science and technology archives is the fundamental aim of science and technology archive management.For the petroleum enterprise,efficient exploitation and utilization of petroleum science and technology archives can provide effective services for increase in oil reserve and production.We must cultivate qualified inter-disciplinary talents in editing and studying archives,improving cadres' knowledge structure,form look-ahead service concept and establish an information feedback system for quick utilization of archives.
