EMU Important Parts Management System based on barcode technology

In this paper, by scanning barcode tag, the SKUs(stock keeping units) of the EMUs( Electric Multiple Units) important parts in warehouse-out and in management, transfer, cancelling stocks and recycling had been considered and implemented. In this way, the level and efficiency of parts management had been greatly enhanced across the entire high-speed train section. Meanwhile, the information collection of EMUs important parts in many key business-link, such as replacement, self-repair, out-repair and scrap had been supported to comprehensively grasp the production and circulation process of EMUs important parts. Finally, the lifecycle management of the important parts had been reached, the quality of the important parts had been effectively ensured and the safety of entire railway administrations could be ensured.
