On the Practice,Experience and Enlightenment of British Energy Better Regulation Project

Better Regulatory is a new stage of regulatory reforms and there is consensus among international regulatory areas.It has become the new governance tools gradually.To ensure energy security and low carbon development in energy sector,British government started a project called better regulation,which by means of simplifying administrative rules,strengthening the impact assessment of regulation,gradually formed the style of better regulatory culture.It is helpful to improve Chinese energy regulation system,ensure the energy sector sustainable development from learning from British better regulation experience in energy sector.
