Determination of biological activity of atranticance by orthogonal test

AIM: To develop a method for determination of the biological activity of atranticance. METHODS: The conditions of the experiment were determined by orthogonal test, then IC_ 50 which was the concentration of the sample when the 50% death of cells was tested. RESULTS: The mortality rate had a good correlativity with Log consistency of the sample, (r= 0.9515 , P 0.01 ). And the coefficients of variation of reproducibility of intra-, inter and different test assays were 12.3 %, 16.6 % and 17.8 %, respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is superfine, simple and highly reproducible. It can be used for determining the biological activity of atranticance.
