On Choosing the Topic of Scientific Papers and the Writing Techniques

This paper explains the importance of writing seientific papers.It is suggested that topic choosing should follow 3 principles:objectivity,originality and feasibility.Some techniques are introluced here, such as,to explicate one's own view in detail,to arouse dispute and join the dispute,to attract readers,to catch reader's heart,etc.
